Bid Requests and Proposals

To secure a copy of a Bid, Request for Proposal or a written quote, choose one of the following:

• Documents may be secured by visiting the Purchasing Division and requesting a copy of the desired document.
• Fax your request to 908-226-2561 and include the Bid Number, Commodity Description, and Opening Date. Please include your company name, address and contact person’s name with telephone and fax number.

New Jersey State Business Registration

All vendors seeking to do business with the PMUA including contractors, sub-contractors, professional services and individuals, must be registered with the State of New Jersey and provide proof of registration to the PMUA pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
