  • Pay online using PMUA’s online bill payment at https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=PMUA.
  • Drop-Box payments will be accepted at PMUA Headquarters, 127 Roosevelt Avenue, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Money orders and checks only; NO CASH ACCEPTED IN THE DROP-BOX. If you would like a receipt, include your e-mail on your check or money order.
  • Mail Payments to P.O. Box 416829, Boston MA. 02241-6829, or to PMUA 127 Roosevelt Avenue, Plainfield NJ 07060. Use the return envelope for accurate processing.
  • Homeowners establishing a new account can call PMUA at 908-226-2518 or email [email protected].
  • Paperless Billing: Have your PMUA bill e-mailed to you by registering for our Paperless Electronic Communications (PEC) program at https://pmua.info/pec/
  • Recycle Coach app: Visit the Google Play or iTunes app store and download the free Recycle Coach mobile app, for on-demand access to your PMUA collection schedule and other service information.
