Sewer Emergencies

- Maintained by DPW

Plainfield storm drains/catch basins are serviced by the City’s Public Works Department. If the drain is overflowing, covered with debris or not draining properly please call DPW at 908-753-3427 to report the problem.

 

 

- Maintained by PMUA

If a manhole cap is loose, coming off, or if water is flowing out of the cover, call the PMUA Sewer Department at 908-226-2518 ext. 251 to report.
