Pool Water Credit Program

Do you have a pool? You may be eligible for our Pool Water Credit Program!

How the Program Works:

Property owners with pools above or in the ground (minimum 4 ft. in depth) can receive an annual water usage credit once per year to be applied toward their PMUA sanitary sewer bill. This credit will be based on a metered calculation of the total gallons of water used (ccf) to refill the swimming pool.

When Does the Program Begin?

The 2021 Pool Water Credit Program runs from May 3rd until July 30th.

How and When Can I Schedule an Appointment?

Appointment scheduling officially opens May 3, 2021, and ends July 30, 2021.

Appointments will be available weekdays only and scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
